1. Is BNP Paribas online payment page secure?

The confidential data you supply when you pay for your subscription are sent directly to BNP Paribas Bank’s secure server. We at UNI-Presse never have access to this.

When your order is validated and you are redirected to a page asking for your card payment, you are connected with BNP Paribas’s online payment site. You’ll be asked for your 16-digit card number, its expiration date, and the 3-figure cryptogram usually found on the back of the card.

Your payment is directly encrypted onto BNP Paribas’s server.

If you are ordering subscriptions for yourself as well as someone else, you can pay for both subscriptions in a single operation.

2. When will I receive the first number of my UNI-Presse subscription ?

The delay period depends on the publication’s frequency and the publisher’s department to which we forward your order. It usually takes between 4 and 8 weeks before your subscription starts.

3. Is my information kept confidential?

UNI-Presse is comitted to treating all your personal information with the highest discretion. In accordance with the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and delete personal data.

4. Is it more expensive to renew my subscription, or open a new one ?

For some newspapers and magazines, a renewal subscription is more expensive than a new subscription.
The representative commission is 20% for both subscriptions and re-subscriptions, whereas the commission per sale granted by the publisher may vary.
Depending on the discount granted by the publisher, UNI-Presse must adjust the price to avoid selling at a loss.

5. How will I receive my subscriptions ?

Depending on the package, customers can access their subscription by:

– Paper (they will receive their magazine at the address given when confirming their order)

– Digital (they will receive an access code and a link to the reading platform)

– Combined (Paper + digital for a complete experience)
