1. Personal data protection policy
UNI-Presse processes personal data exclusively on behalf of its customers, as part of the provision of subscription services. UNI-Presse undertakes not to use this data for any other purpose and to comply fully with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD). (Law n°78-17 of January 06 1978)
UNI-Presse only collects and processes personal data that is strictly necessary for the management of orders and the delivery of subscription services. Such data may include, in general: the name of the company, the department concerned, the name and surname of the recipient of the publication, the delivery address, as well as e-mail addresses and/or IP addresses.
The collection of personal data by UNI-Presse is transparent and limited to what is strictly necessary for the proper execution of the services offered. Information is collected when subscribing to a subscription, creating a customer account, or during any exchange with customer service.

4. Why do we collect some of your personal data ?
UNI-Presse collects and processes personal data, only that which is necessary, for the following purposes
- Management of orders and relations with professional customers
Uni-Presse requires the information necessary to manage orders, deliver magazines or newspapers, draw up invoices, manage accounts, process complaints and provide after-sales service.
- Statistical studies and customer knowledge
UNI-Presse may collect data in order to carry out statistical studies, analyses, surveys and measurements of the audience for the https://pro.uni-presse.fr/en/ site (e.g. most frequently visited pages, click-through rates, time spent on the site). This is done in order to gain a better understanding of our customers and users, and to improve our offers and services.

In the event of a breach of personal data likely to pose a risk to your rights and freedoms, Uni-Presse undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible, in accordance with legal obligations.
6. Is data transferred outside the European Union ?
UNI-Presse does not transfer personal data outside the European Union.
All processing, hosting and services used to manage data are located within the European Economic Area (EEA). No data is transmitted to organizations or service providers located in third countries that do not have an adequate level of protection within the meaning of the RGPD.
7. Data retention period
Data transmitted via the customer account and order history are kept for a period of 4 years from your last activity (purchase, connection to your account, re-subscription, etc.). They will then be archived with limited access in order to perform certain legal duties (e.g. accounting).
Once the legal deadline has passed, the data will be deleted.
8. Rights concerning data collection and processing
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, every individual has a number of rights:
