– Is there a dedicated contact person for my case ?
Yes, we assign you a dedicated contact person who is able to answer all your queries. He or she can be reached by telephone or e-mail.
– When is a quotation valid ?
In order to validate the rates and avoid any claims, the quotation is valid for 30 days after validation.
– Is BNP Paribas online payment page secure ?
The confidential data you supply when you pay for your subscription are sent directly to BNP Paribas Bank’s secure server. We at UNI-Presse never have access to this.
When your order is validated and you are redirected to a page asking for your card payment, you are connected with BNP Paribas’s online payment site. You’ll be asked for your 16-digit card number, its expiration date, and the 3-figure cryptogram usually found on the back of the card.
Your payment is directly encrypted onto BNP Paribas’s server.
If you are ordering subscriptions for yourself as well as someone else, you can pay for both subscriptions in a single operation.
– When do UNI-Presse subscriptions start ?
This depends on the frequency (daily, monthly or other) of the newspaper/magazine. In general, you should allow 4 to 8 weeks before the subscription starts.
In a subscription portfolio, not all subscriptions necessarily start on the same date.
– What types of subscription do you offer ?
Depending on the title, we offer several types of subscription:
– Paper (the subscriber will receive the magazine at the postal address indicated when validating the order)
– Digital (subscribers receive an access code and/or a link to the reading platform)
– Coupled subscription (Paper + digital for a complete experience)
– Can I order foreign publications ?
Yes, we work with all publishers, whatever their language or country of origin.
– I can’t find the publication I’m looking for. What should I do ?
You can send us title search requests directly from our online management tool (“listing request” form to be completed in the catalog) or contact your dedicated contact directly. The title will be integrated within 24 hours.
